NOTE: 

Report submission latest by 12th Feb 2016, Friday, 5pm. 

If late one day, 10% will be deducted.

Presentation Guidelines

Hi graduating folks, 

Here are the presentation guidelines for your IA. 

1. The presentation + submission of report and logbook will be around 11th or 12th Feb 2016. More details will be given later.

2. Your presentation should be a summary of the report. 

(Report should be done on MS Word, presentation should be done on MS PowerPoint.)

3. The timing is between 10 - 15 mins. Minimum 10 minutes, and maximum 15 minutes. If you exceed, then you will be cut off. 

4. How should you allocate the time for your presentation? Here is a guideline. You may choose to use your own. 

Section 1: Introduction (1 min)

Section 2: Nature of Operation (1 min)

Section 3: Organization Chart (1 min)

Section 4: Target Market (1 min)

Section 5: Products and Services (1 min)

Section 6: Duties and Job Description (5 mins)

Section 7: Observation and Recommendation (5 mins)

Total: 15 mins.

5. You may choose to make the presentation very interesting by using pictures or videos. But the minimum is that you must use at least MS PowerPoint. 

6. Last but not least, please do not put long paragraphs in your slides. I am allergic to PowerPoint noob mistakes.

Your first day working hours: 0830hr - 1730hr (Mon - Fri) and 0830hr - 1230hr (alt Sat) - Morning Shift

You will be rotated to 1300hr - 2200hr (Mon - Fri) and 1300hr - 1700hr (alt Sat)  - Afternoon Shift

Please wear covered shoes (track shoes/trainers) to work. Uniforms (polo tee) and necessary safety gear will be issued to you on your  first day of work.

Security guards will escort them to level 2 to collect your uniforms before bringing you to the supervisor - Mohd Laily.

You are posted to TNT Singapore Office, meaning it is opposite ITE.

Here are the details.

1. Report to Assistant Mgr for Regulatory & Compliance, John Chia, on Monday at 8.20 am. 

2. Address is 5 Changi South Lane, #02-00.

3. Working Hours is 8.30am to 6pm Mon to Fri.

4. Attire: Casual T-shirt and Jeans + Covered shoes
